If you play an instrument and would like to take part, we would love to hear from you! Whether you're a practicing musician, looking for an excuse to pick up your instrument again, or want to boost your skills and accelerate your learning, come and be a part of the orchestra.

Unsure whether joining an orchestra is right for you? Why not come along and have a play before making your decision. We strive to help our orchestral musicians progress on their instrument, boost confidence and ignite a passion for music. It is important to enjoy playing and we promote a relaxed atmosphere with our practice.

We only ask that you are at least a grade 5 standard in your instrument and able to attend rehearsals regularly.  Rehearsals follow school terms and we have a variety of concerts and events to play throughout the year. Being a member also means that you can put forward suggestions on the musical repertoire and ways in which we can grow and evolve as a group. We are a community first and foremost, which also means plenty of social events for the calendar too. Please see our events and news pages for more information.
